I founded Frida & Flo, a small business dedicated to providing accessible, non-invasive relief for period pain through EMS technology. As the sole founder, I managed every aspect of the venture - from product sourcing, branding, and product/website design, to marketing, customer communications, and day-to-day administration. I developed the full visual identity and e-commerce platform, coordinated suppliers, and oversaw all operational decisions.

While the business was ultimately discontinued, the experience strengthened my creative problem-solving, initiative, digital design capability, and end-to-end project management, and continues to inform the way I approach design, communication, and user-centred thinking.
