The Great Hall of Cerberus

Project Vision

The Great Hall of Cerberus is designed as a space for reflection, connection, and civic engagement. Set against the backdrop of the city’s rich historical narrative and its vibrant natural environment, this building is designed to be a symbol of political progress, sustainability, and community unity. To pay homage to the heritage of the former naval yards, the Hall serves as a beacon of knowledge - a lighthouse - guiding those in search of knowledge, the Cerberus structure symbolises a call for wisdom, encouraging all who enter to seek understanding and shared purpose.
